Chat Cabins
Chat Cabins are subforums where people talk about a specific fandom. Each fandom is labeled Video, Book or Game (if one is multiple, the first one applies; for example, Harry Potter would be Book and not Video. THE EXCEPTION IS THE BOOKS AND THE MOVIE ARE WAAAAY TOO DIFFERENT (HTTYD, Artemis Fowl, etc.)). Not every fandom may have a Chat Cabin. When there is no Chat Cabin for a fandom, we use the main forum for orders.
Basically, Chat Cabins:
*Are where we take orders for that fandom
*Are where we chat about it

Roles
Counselor
The counselor is in charge of the Chat Cabin. They name the Cabin (For example, for Harry Potter, “Patronus Park” for My Little Pony “Equestria Community” for Star Wars “Galaxy’s Core”. That kind of thing), decide how they want to choose their Refreshments Table Person and UOC Manager (if they want one. However, both RTP and UOC Managers must be Specialists in that Cabin before taking a position) and decide what about the fandom they are allowed to talk about (for example in Warrior Cats, you can not talk about Spottedleaf’s Heart because everyone hates it or about the latest book to avoid spoilers). The counselor also responsible for creating the Cabin’s forum and posting the link in the main forum. The counselor can step down if they want to. However, this does mean the Cabin will be forced to move forums. Once a Cabin exists, it exists until the shop closes down. The counselor must choose a successor and inform all employees and regular users of the forum move. When a counselor proposes a big change to the Cabin, the Council will have to make a vote.

Refreshments Table Person
Refreshments Table People come up with fun conversation starters and answer questions. The counselor decides how one should be chosen, if at all.

UOC Manager
The UOC Manager creates an Unclaimed Orders Center forum and gives the link to the counselor and put it on the Cabin’s forum. The UOC Manager is responsible for maintaining the UOC and updating it. The counselor decides how one is chosen, if at all.

Specialist
Specialist refers to all employees in a Cabin, including the Counselor, RTP and UOC Manager. They take orders.

I’m in charge. I call votes. I manage everything. I supervise the Cabins and approve applications. I also bump the topic. I am not in any Cabins (sad) because I am busy enough running the whole place.
Seats
Each 3 seats correspond to a fandom type. Each Cabin is required to make a decision of who they want to nominate to run for a seat. Only employees can run. If the same person is nominated twice, a second nominee will be asked. The nominee runs for the seat that corresponds to the Cabin’s type. If the nominee is nominated for 2 Cabins with different types, the first nomination to come in is their vote.
Elections
The election is 9 days long.
Day 1 – Nominee Day. When I come to your Cabin and ask for a nominee.
Day 2 – Acceptance Day. When the nominees accept or decline the nomination.
Day 3 – Nominee Day 2. When I ask any Cabins who’s nominee declined if there is another person they wish to nominate. They either say yes and give another name or no and do not have a nominee to run.
Day 4 – Acceptance Day 2. When any new nominees accept or decline. If decline, the Cabin that nominated them will not have a nominee. If all nominees accept, Days 3 and 4 become extra Preparation days.
Day 5 – Preparation Day. When candidates prepare their speech. They either type it into a forum post or into a project, whether in the project itself, the instructions or Notes & Credits, or recorded or Text to Speeched into a project. If you record, make sure to speak clearly. Text to Speech is not recommended.
Day 6 – Speech Day. The speeches are posted. Copying speeches will result in dropping out of the race. Vote reminders go out to all employees, and employees are encouraged to remind others to vote.
The rest of the days – Voting Day. Anyone, and I mean anyone except the candidates are allowed to vote. Alternate accounts (ALTS) do not give extra votes. On Day 9, the votes are tallied and the winners are announced.
Secretary
The Secretary is my assistant. They do my job when I’m on hiatus and remind me of important things. The Secretary must first be a Seat and have announced that they want the position and then the whole Council (except for them) votes on whether or not they deserve the position. Your seat is taken away once you become Secretary.

Resignation Forms:
If you ever want to resign from your secretary, seat, counselor, refreshment table or UOC position, you can. If you do not see a form for the position you wish to resign from, you just need to say you want to resign and what position you want to resign from.
Note: If the Cabin your position is in has other rules regarding RTP or UOC positions, you may have to write a little bit after your form. I will then contact the Cabin.
