My list of suggestions:
Custom Blocks:
- The ability to use drop-down and color inputs.
- The Ability to make Cap, C, Bool, Hat, and Reporter blocks.
- C blocks would have options on how many mouths it has.
- C blocks' mouths could be accessed just like with stack blocks.
- Cap blocks are basically just like stack blocks, but caps.
- Hat blocks would have an option on when they're triggered.
- Hat blocks are like the default ones but with stack blocks automatically in them.
- Bools would have 2 modes: Simple and Advanced.
- Simple would just be stringing lots of bools together.
- Advanced would be scripting it with stack blocks.
- Advanced would include a block to set the output of the bool. (same with reporter)
- Reporters would include a set output to: block for setting the output.
Costumes:
- A block for turning an area on the stage into the costume of a sprite (it would save the costume)
(example
set costume to everywhere between x () y () and x () y ()

It is possible to make reporters using variables. Just make a function to set it and you it before the variable every time you want a reporter. Absolutely. I often need custom boolean and reporter blocks.
