Right-click offset
Whenever I try to right click anywhere in the online editor on Google Chrome, it acts as if I right clicked way above the actual position.
My browser / operating system: Linux, Chrome 36.0.1985.125, Flash 14.0 (release 0)
(Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit)
I also get this glitch in Windows 8.1 with the latest version of Chrome, but the offset is not NEARLY as drastic as in Linux.
I don't get this glitch when I use Firefox with Flash 11.2 in Linux.

Reported a similar problem some time ago with windows 8.1 and IE. The offset was more horizontal than vertical and it also meant the context menu shown was incorrect. e.g wanted to see a broadcasts senders and receivers but would just get comment and clean up options.

The offset also happens to me in the scripts area. I right click on a block to duplicate it, but it shows the wrong menu in the wrong position.

Doesn't happen for me with these specs
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 6.3, Chrome 36.0.1985.125, Flash 14.0 (release 0)
(Windows 8.1)
IE is pretty similar to Chrome for me.

Hey cobraguy - we just released a new version today. Can you confirm that it's still happening?

Yes, unfortunately it's still happening.
Yes, when right-clicking, the position is offset.
However, when shift-clicking, it is correct.

Not happening in Firefox.

Ok, once I get to my laptop I'll try doing that. Hopefully it will work until a fix is out.Yes, unfortunately it's still happening.

Found this about using Internet Explorer on Linux.
You could try it with Wine. Here is a link to the results for IE under wine from winehq;

I find it hard to believe that anyone would go to the trouble of installing such a thing on Linux. No one […] [sh]ould use IE [except] under its native Windows.
It was a well known security hole by, at least, 1998. It is possibly the worst browser in the history of internet browsers.
It will probably not run as well under wine as under Windows. You would be better off to install Virtual Box and install Windows there.
The best thing to do is to use any other web browser under Linux or if using Windows for that matter.
In any event, the problem is not present under Firefox and that doesn't mean we don't want to fix it under Chrome.

Ya, I don't have this problem with Firefox. I also tried the shift-click thing but it didn't work.

Neither shift-left click nor shift-right click work? Does either bring up the context menu? I also tried the shift-click thing but it didn't work.
