Increase character limit on about me and what I'm working on.

This is most likely a duplicate but idk how to check. Please increase the character limit for about me and what I'm working on. You can barely put anything there. At least 100-200 more characters. And because its on profiles, it wouldn't be spam because it scrolls.

Why? Scratch DB has much more features than Google because it was created specifically for Scratch..

Yeah I don't think this is ever happening. If they haven't added it for over 7 years…

No it's not. Google has to index pages from every website on the internet, so it naturally misses the majority of Scratch forum threads. The ocular search is based off of a database of the Scratch Forums which updates twice a day. The latter is obviously a better choice for finding duplicates, even if it is a little bit slower from my experience.

I think it finds new posts much more frequently than twice a day. It is slower, but it lets you filter posts by username and category, which is very useful.

I'm not sure about that. I look at the CatsUnited forum leaderboard a lot and it updates twice a day, and IIRC ocular runs off of the same set of data. I know about the filtering by the way, I use it a lot.

Both use the same database, but I think new posts are added almost as soon as they're posted, statistics get updated twice a day, and existing posts get updated (if they have been edited) less frequently.

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks for the explanation!
