This would probably go in suggestions, and if you want anybody to support you, I recommend you remove all that rude language in your post.
I don't think Scratch would do that, and it's recreating another game, which isn't against the rules but it's something Scratch probably wouldn't do.

And… I'm 13 now so this needs an update… eventually…

I'm not sure if this is something that makes sense in Suggestions - it seems rather specific, not really something we'd make an official tutorial for. Maybe you could ask for help in Help With Scripts though? Or search and see if there are any projects demonstrating the idea.
