Change the Capital "I" to "ɪ"

Too avoid confusion, when I refer to a capital I, it will be enlarged.

There are many problems that can occur by swapping a lowercase l for an uppercase I. It will look virtually, if not exactly, the same. People can impersonate other Scratchers and swap out I's and l's on whitelisted words. I know it might be hard to change this, but, otherwise, it will hurt the community.

Comparision of I's and l's:

Currently: I's are slightly bolder than l's.

Hypothetically, let's say in your messages your friend, @1l6y7, messages you, and is being very mean. Then, you report the comments. And then you hold a grudge against @1l6y7, but it's @1I6y7 and you won't ever know it wasn't them.

Alternative Solution:
Usernames like @1l6y7 and @1I6y7 can't exist, they would count as the same username. (but this would be harmful to accounts already like this (probably not on purpose))

It's not that big of a deal, just report impostor accounts. I don't think it's worth making the font ugly and inconsistent to fix such a niche issue. No support

I support, IMO This is just how capital i should look, it could create less confusion. Also, who though it was a good idea to make “I” look like “l”

As someone who is not a designer but likes complaining about design a lot, I have a problem with the concept of this suggestion. Sorry if I' about to sound condescending, I just want to explain why this is a bad design idea. The problem is that there are two types of fonts: serif and sans-serif. Basically, serif fonts have things protruding from the end. Scratch currently uses a sans-serif font, while Times New Roman would be an example of a serif font. The suggested replacement would be a serif character in a sans-serif font, which would most likely look out of place and amateurish. Here's an example of what I mean:

I think that this has something to do with the font, and Scratch would have to create their own font to make an “I” look like “Ɪ”.

Also, let's say that “kitten” was a banned word:
It would be so easy to blacklist both “KITTEN” (with an i) and “KlTTEN” (with an L)
And still, “KlTTEN” (with an L) would still look like “kitten”, and changing the I to Ɪ would not really help.

It looks out of place. The I's are wider, and it's actually pretty easy to spot when you get used to it!
