hey leaders (and eventually co’s)!

congratulations on being chosen!! there were so many amazing apps this time (like always loll) so like really good job! *applause* also good luck for deciding on your co leaders, there are so many amazing leader apps left + all the co leader only apps! really, you guys have a harder job than we do… also, please read this stuff below before choosing your co’s! there’s some important advice

to any campers who might be stalking this, it would be very much appreciated if you didn’t. ultimately, it’s your decision, but personally i wouldn’t be too proud of intruding upon this space :\

co leaders

~ you need to choose two co leaders
~ you can choose any co leaders you want, but please don’t choose people with average app for reasons like being your friend or anything similar. this time i haven’t been actively favouriting apps i like, as i have done in the past, so sorry!
~ it’s recommended to have co leaders in different timezones, but i know this might be hard for you, because the majority of the apps appear to be in pst and est.
~ advertising of applications is banned. if someone advertises their app to you, please let us know straight away. there’s also that more ‘subtle’ way of people saying ‘hi, congratulations on becoming leader!’ and then it turning towards a conversation about who their co leaders will be, and so on. i would advise against choosing based on that, but it’s more of a blurred line, so it’s quite hard to discourage that.

you have until january 31 to choose your co leader/s! (also remember to give them this thread haha)

you get to choose a colour for your cabin, and feel free to start setting it up! but i’ll give you until the start of camp to have done that- no pressure to have done it before then.
you get 3 allies maximum for cabin wars. and this include unofficial! neither enemies or neutrals are required, but some people find that they make cabin wars more fun (me included oops)

timetable

i don’t think we have terribly much done for the timetable yet, so please suggest stuff! this goes for both dailies and weeklies.

drama

if you have an issue with anything or anyone, please alert me or alba or li on our profiles. i’d rather we didn’t gossip about people here

if it is a big problem, we will bring the discussion here. alba, li and i also the ‘veto rights’ for this forum, so if there’s a disagreement, we’ll kind of have the right to stop it, i guess? hopefully that won’t happen, but it has before, so it’s good to just have this in place, just in case <3

workshops

we'll start discussing workshops soon! if you guys could come up with some ideas and discuss potential topics (should we keep the same four main topics?) that'd be great

other stuff

just so you know, i go back to school on the 27th, so unfortunately i won’t be able to be active as much then! otherwise, i’ll still be pretty active, and i think pretty much everyone else is back at school aha. i'm also going away next friday, but it should all be good
i'm doing camper signups!
the writing competition judges for this session are still undecided ack. if you think you’d be up for it, let me know on my profile!
the sorters are not officially chosen yet, but it will probably be myself, alba, li, and maybe a few people (who we’ll contact) to help us with putting all of the campers on the sorting doc.

So, I was wondering if I could have anyone's opinion on these thumbnails. These were made on canva so if you think any alternations would make them look better then I can easily do that! The one that people like the most I'll probably set as the thumbnail of Thriller Cabin!

Edit: Due to some confusion perellacat is likely not going to be a co-leader for dystopian, more updates later.
