Have you been banned or muted?: no, but muted when I was a new scratcher for naming an unmoderated chat site to talk with my irl freind there. It was of the time I just started using scratch. The site had our school account for chatting.
Other information:i am a part of test wiki and english scratch wiki and have been a part of many shops which are now going inactive due to owners being inactive

We don't review shops, that's what my federation does. We look for partnered shops that have too many orders, find partnered shops that are not receiving as many, and ask if they can take some load off of another shop.
