My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 87.0.4280.141, No Flash version detected

Hello! I've tried adding students manually on two different computers with 3 different browsers. Every time I type in a student username and click add student, I get various error messages. I am unable to add students manually…any suggestions? The error messages I have received are :“The website can not display the page” or “This page is not working. Please contact site administrator”. Using a different browser, the page was blank.
