HELP! I can't see my notifications!

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 87.0.4280.141, No Flash version detected

I can't see my notifications, not at all. Someone replied to me in a studio, and i did NOT get the message. Plus, it also says that IT WAS 5 hours ago when it was only 4 minutes ago or something!

(Plus, another thing that doesn't make sense is when my friend @Swiftfall replied to me in the studio, it says her message was 5 hours ago when MY original first message was 4- and the original message happened a few minutes ago! WHAT IS HAPPENING?!)

Is there any way to fix this?

I don't understand- it happened AGAIN, today. It stopped last night, but when i opened scratch i saw 38 new messages and when i open the message list, the new ones don't POP up at all!
