What's wrong?
My new PFP can work on YT, D*cord and a Minecraft forum but not on Scratch.

Try clearing your cache by going to your profile and doing (CTRL-SHIFT-R) or (COMMAND-SHIFT-R) for Apple users.

It's probably more than 500x500 pixels.

It's not, it says 500x500 in the editor and it could work on all those other websites.
Try clearing your cache by going to your profile and doing (CTRL-SHIFT-R) or (COMMAND-SHIFT-R) for Apple users.
Just did and it had no effect, it wouldn't let me.

It's probably more than 500x500 pixels.Yeah, the picture provided is 514 x 516 or the other way around, so this is probably what happened. Try resizing it using this site and be sure to use the ‘percent’ resizer to keep the ratio.

Its size is 516x514. Profile pictures must be 500x500 or lower.

Seems like there is some transparent space, thats probably why on those editors it said 500x500 because it didnt count the whitespace.It's probably more than 500x500 pixels.

Now I tried it now and it said “thumbnail changed” but I still have my old PFP.
