Why will someone report a project if it is hard or he doesn't like that project ?

It's to trick those who are reporting a project they don't like so they're basically dummy options.

Yes, they're decoy options. They're there to disencourage false reportings for those reasons- if you click one, it takes you to a screen saying (In the case of the top one):


All of the other ones lead to similar screens.
