Terms:

1. Workers

1.1 All workers must be respectful to everyone, even if they are not very nice. They must also follow the CGs.
1.2 Workers who get 5 points will be fired, and cannot apply for one week. You will get points for:
a) Not following the community guidelines - 2 points
b) Not being respectful - 1 point
c) Not completing orders on time and do not have a valid reason - 2 points
d) Not responding to activity checks and not on leave - 1 point
e) Get a bad review from customers and proved by any member of the BoD - 1 point
f) For teachers, being absent from a lesson without any prior notice - 2 points
1.3 1 point will be deducted every month or every good review (at least 8/10) from a customer.
1.4 For programmers, you must complete orders on time, and with good quality. If you cannot manage to finish it, you must explain to customers yourself.
1.5 You must respond to activity checks on time unless you are on leave. Fill in the leave form below to take leave for more than 3 days. Include the codeword CrEATiVeAC in your response to activity checks.
1.6 You must fill in the application form completely.
1.7 You may set additional cost to services we provide, but limited to one favourite and two loves. Prices are negotiable.
1.8 You may include somebody to take over your job when you are taking leave, but that's not obligatory.

2. Customers

2.1 You have to be respectful to everyone. If our workers are disrespectful, report them to any member of the BoD.
2.2 You must set reasonable deadlines. Orders with deadlines below one day will be rejected. Do also remember that our timezones may be different.
2.3 For now, only scripting orders are accepted.
2.4 Your order will be rejected if you don't write it clearly, eg either one, anything will do. You must fill in the application form completely.
2.5 You must give credit if you use anything from us.
2.6 If you are absent for a lesson without a valid reason, then you cannot have another one before you give a valid explanation or within 3 weeks.
2.7 We cannot guarantee that any services we provide meet any or all of your expectations.
2.8 You must pay the full value to a product or service we provide to us and our staff. Prices are negotiable.

3. Partners

3.1 We have the right to accept or decline your partnership at any time.
3.2 You must fill in the partnership form completely.
3.3 You do not have respond to activity checks.
3.4 You may or may not take orders from us, but you can order from us.

4. BoD

4.1 BoD members are only elected, you cannot apply to be one.
4.2 You must only do things within your power.
4.3 When it comes to big things, eg. firing staff or changing the Terms, you must get at least half the BoD's mandate.

5. General

5.1 These Terms apply from GMT 00:00 on 12 December 2020 until further notice.
5.2 These Terms are last revised at GMT 07:12 on 11 December 2020.

History:

CR Academy was founded by @RWSRui and @codinglah on 4 December 2020. On 22 December 2020, there was some changes in the academy, so we moved to the current thread. On 2 January 2021, we closed permanently due to poor business.
