Sprites and Costumes Are Being Replaced by Question Marks

When working on my animations, I find that on numerous occasions my page will run out of memory and I will have to refresh the page to continue my work. This is normal, but what happens regularly when the page is reloaded is what really gets to me. A lot of the costumes that I've worked hard on end up being altogether deleted, and replaced by these question marks instead. I won't spend too much time describing how they look, because I have seen that others have brought this issue up - but the costume is a grey box, and the question mark itself is black
I know for a fact that this is a 3.0 exclusive glitch, because this has never happened back in 2.0. This glitch is very prevelant, and has ruined a numerous amount of animations of mine. It has gotten to the point where I've been broken.
It is impossible for me to fully enjoy my work anymore, because I always have the fear at the back of my mind that the question mark glitch will destroy most (in some scenarios ALL) of my work.
As I am writing this, the glitch has already slowed down the progress of my Christmas episode, because it's affected half the sprites in that project.
The only reason I am able to continue work on the project is because I had a feeling this would happen due to experience, and backpacked all of my sprites prior to the question mark glitch affecting them.
And sometimes (very rarely, but sometimes) backpacking won't work, and when I upload the sprites from my backpack they're still glitched by the question mark(s).
On one occasion, costumes were being replaced with question marks as I was working on the project, without any indication whatsoever. (No page crash, etc.)
If this glitch could be looked into, I would be very grateful. I want to enjoy working on animations again without being in fear that this glitch will ruin them.
Thanks.
