You definitely did put an email. Actually, you can input the username of the account you want to access. Then it'll send an email to the attached account. If you like, you can then check all the email accounts you have and read the instructions on how to reset the password.

I did it to all of the email I probably did but no email from scratch i think i cant get into it or its not my account i asked my friend that showed me scratch a long time ago he said its my account and that account joined the same time as him

I said sadly, you cant because of the following reasons:
1. You used an email generator with an inbox (disposable emails)
2. You don't have access to the email you signed up with but it wasn't a disposable
3. You never verified your email
4. You need suffice proof you owned the account if you use Contact Us
