Sorry, but I do not see anything to offer in the 1st criteria over other people. If you could tell me a skill that would reasonably help the studio, then I will revaluate. Otherwise I will have to reject.

I want to be a manager. I am a coder who really knows how to use variables, and I never am the person who backs down from a challenge. Will do collabs.
I am on Scratch daily, save some times when I'm on vacation or such. But very active 90% of the time.
