so my idea was… having the ability to add code to your profile to customize your profile.
I think this would be a fun little way to make scratch more cheery and fun… plus it still sticks with the base of scratch coding… just the ability to add for instance color change or cool backgrounds to profiles would encourage more coding too.

Isn't this literally involuntarily running a project? Besides, the profile project window will have to be smaller than normal for it to fit.

ok so there might be some things able to be done about those things like putting the flag and stop sign things at the top of the profile so people could choose to see the customizations or not and you could have a button at the top only you can see that comes up with the pup up window (same size as the project one) to add or change the code…. then when you clicked save it out routes you back to the profile, I hade a feeling people would ask those questions… so I came prepared I thought this one through

That was actually kind of smart, thinking up of how issues could be solved beforehand.

well, you have featured a project but that won't let you play a project automatically, and adding a game as customization wouldn't really work but adding an intro or animation could so IF this gets added people could experiment with and do a thing like adding a project to there profile as a customization

I think there used to be an automatic player for the featured project on one's page. The Scratch Team removed it because it was laggy or something. This is similar. There might be too many problems with this, as there were with the automatic project player.

I would rather have the flags to choose to play or not play than outo play because if you have a head ache and coding in a dark room at 1: 06 am you want to find a engine for a project so you on someones profile and find there profile flashing bright colors at you…. so maybe the Auto player won't be a feature of it… also that store is specific to me a code at 1 am… alot

also, the fact the scratch team didn't reject this (YET) means it's my longest lasting / most successful suggestion yet : )

What would the size limit be, if any? Like gosoccerboy5 said, this could be laggy, especially for people on mobile or with slow computers. At the moment I only have access to a very slow mobile device and am chatting with people on here through their profiles. As it is right now it takes a quite few seconds to load, and I'm just concerned that if this was implemented then it could potentially take even longer, and if someone put enough code in, then it could crash the page entirely.
