(Scratch Team Member Needed!!) Copyright – Music from the Free YouTube Audio Library – Can I use it here

Disclaimer
Hello! First of all, I promise this isn't advertising for my Scratch account or my YouTube. I just really would like a good opinion from an adult who runs the site. I understand Scratch and YouTube do not have correlation apart from allowing safe links to YouTube videos through the Scratch website.
Lead-In To Question
As a content creator on YouTube, you are given access to a large variety of copyright-free music. Those musical pieces that require copyright licenses will say so or require you to link it in your description of your video.
Scratch of course, is very different than this with regards of copyright. (I am not trying to throw the website under the bus at all, people find this feature extremely helpful even if it isn't intentional). People share music all the time, crediting in their project descriptions the original artist and the scratcher who originally owned the music.
So my question is pretty simple – Can I use the copyright-free music available in the YouTube Audio Library (those that don't require a license) here on Scratch?
The reason this is popping up now is because YouTube has updated their terms on the audio from what I can tell, as they have redone the Free Audio Library. The new terms for these types of songs are, as directly stated:
“Your use of this music library (including the music files in this library) is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Music from this library is intended solely for use by you in videos and other content that you create. You may use music files from this library in videos that you monetize on YouTube.

By downloading music from this library, you agree with the following:

You may not make available, distribute or perform the music files from this library separately from videos and other content into which you have incorporated these music files (e.g., standalone distribution of these files is not permitted).
You may not use music files from this library in an illegal manner or in connection with any illegal content.
You agree to comply with these requirements when you use music from this library.”
If I were to use the audio on Scratch, I would not be directly or illegally trying to distribute this music for money, of course. So the way I view it, it seems okay. However, I thought it would be smart for someone else to pose an opinion on this matter.
Why This is A Question
The main reason why this is an issue for me is because I posted a now-inactive M.A.P. (multi-animator-project) with music from this Free Audio Library onto Scratch almost 2 years ago. It would be easy for me to just fix the problem by taking down the project, but of course, M.A.Ps are collaborations between other Scratchers, so that means that people have small snippets of the audio in their parts.
If a Scratch Team Member believes that I should strip the audio from my project I will, and I plan to politely ask the other Scratchers who participated to please remove the audio, and that in the final M.A.P. I will use different music where there won't be any issues. If I were to get reported for this, or someone who made a part and had it shared were to get into trouble, I would take the blame. I am just trying to stay optimistic and not picture this occurring.
What Scratch and YouTube Mean to Me, and Why I Can't Bear to Lose Them
Honestly, I have been terrified to post this anywhere. I don't want someone to view this and think that I have done something wrong, and go so far as reporting both of my precious accounts. I have been a member of Scratch for a very long time, owning my first account for almost 5 years. This is the place where I learned digital art was a thing, have made friends, and it has even caused me various successes in 3 competitions in-real-life so far. Scratch has certainly affected me greatly as a person, in such an amazing way, that losing it and all my progress would be more than devastating. It is difficult for me to run into this problem when there are a lot of people that have been looking up to a kid like me since one of my projects was featured, and one of my worst weaknesses is the fear of letting people down.
And my YouTube account means so much to me, even if not as many people see it. I've had that for almost 3 years, and there I play with my in-real-life friends, make amazing memories, and most of all, there I can edit videos, which is something amazing considering I plan to perhaps make editing a future career.
Conclusion
I suppose what I am saying, is I really, really would like to receive some advice on this matter. I hope that me trying to fix an impulse decision I made when I was much younger (I would say my age, but I am not allowed) will not cause me to lose the things I spend so much time working on. I don't really think this is a problem, but deep in my heart it has been scaring me for the past few days and I can't leave it be any longer. I have tried to keep this short and not full of my fear inside of me right now, but it is very difficult considering what might be put on the line.
Thank you so much for your time in reading this. Scratch has been amazing to me in the forums in the past, as a Scratch Team member has helped me once before when I needed it, so I hope that this will be the same. Please, have an amazing day.

UPDATE:
Thanks so much for all of your responses, even if you aren't Scratch Team Members. The license is not Creative Commons, it is the kind that says it's free and the type that claims you don't need to include it in your description.
Your support has helped eased my stress a lot. I am going to leave this up to see some other opinions, but as of right now all of them are positive and I am feeling I can continue the M.A.P. as it stands.

I believe it's allowed due to the part in bold
Music from this library is intended solely for use by you in videos and other content that you create.
That is, if other content applies to Scratch Projects.

You would still need to give credit as you would do on any Scracth project or when using it on youtube. If Youtube wish for it to be taken down then you won't get banned just the project taken down. Most companies don't care about a kids coding website however as Scratch is Non-Profit and sueing them is not that profitable.

All audio in the Youtube Audio LIbrary. However, there are two main types of licenses.

If the soundtrack has a Youtube icon in the license column, that means you can use it for free, and you do not need to give credit.

However, if the soundtrack's license is CC, that means it is under a Creative Commons license that can be used freely under the assumption you give credit. No matter what soundtrack you use, it is free, though keep in mind that some tracks require credit. However, it is common courtesy to credit all songs you use, even if the license doesn't require it.

You won't see many tracks with this license anymore, all of the newer tracks added after spring of 2016 are under the Youtube license.

[offtopic] Very well formatted post [/offtopic]

As it says “to be used in content that you create”, you can probably use it with credit. (You probably shouldn't make it the focus of your project, because that's basically taking their music, make it background music or something)
