you can make a script that repeats as many frames as your animation has after the event when you want your animation to start and than make the script change to the next costume (which will be the next frame of your animation) and then everything will have the animated effect.
You can also do this with a more complicated way which requires a lot more coding and possibly even use ragdolls but that is a lot more advanced.
