How to detect "backspace" key?

we need these

when [backspace v] key pressed

<key [backspace v] pressed?>

when [tab v] key pressed

<key [tab v] pressed?>

when [shift v] key pressed

<key [shift v] pressed?>

and another keys that could be defined by \n \t or unicode; something like that

it's pain without them; bring them back into Scratch 3.0; it's doable in Scratch 2.0 though.

For a lot of other keys, but not backspace.

If you were making a text editor, then tab would be helpful to add an indent, like how Google Docs does it.

Sometimes in the editor, your costumes become gray question marks. If this happens, reload. If this happens, X-out the tab and DO NOT SAVE, EDIT, OR SEE INSIDE or the question mark will be permanent.

I actually think this one is a good idea. But others could interfere with keyboard shortcuts, and tab acts like page down, both sending the page down if you didn't click on the project area. Some computers don't even have keys like delete, so that wouldn't be fair at all. But support for the quoted block and enter, shift, and backspace added to the drop-down menu.
