Why isn't there LOLCatz?

What is LOLCatz(Low * L, Ca * aa * ta * zz?)
Lol Catz is a very widely used “language”, on all the internet, I'm alittle surprised that it's not on Scratch yet, of course, lol cats is very similar to english, but there are lots of differences:

OwO/uwu (oo * Wa * oo)
OwO or uwu, is used to convey “happiness”, “joy”, “playfulness”
This word is commenly mistaken for "furry" speak.
The “not so ‘proper’” grammar
The grammar is, questionable. (ex. “I has cheeze burger” as apposed to “I have a cheese burger”)
The “improper” spelling
in lol catz, spelling could be tons of different things(Ex. “cheese” “chese” “cheeze” “yellow tastes”)
LOL (L * oo * l)
Laugh out loud, commonly used in a funny situation

Why should it be added?
Lol catz should be added because of it's potential, I personally would use LOLCatz note: yes LOLcats is used by humans

If it isn't officially recognized by a region of the world and if it can't be spoken in real life, I don't think it's a language that needs to be added.

It would make a great April Fools Day addition! But not something we want for a permanent feature of Scratch - it's not considered a real language.
