Partner Activity Checks (PACs)

Whenever an AC is held, the Officer should hold a PAC. to eliminate dead partners. The procedure is as follows: The Officer lets all of PP's partners that have had less than 20 posts in the last 30 days know that we are having a PAC, asking 2 BoD members to post that they and the shop are active on PP's thread. If 2 BoD members are not available for any reason, then any 3 workers must respond. If the partner is no longer available, then the Officer contacts the partner's founder to ask whether they have moved and if they would like to remove the partnership.
