You create like a little paragraph and then there is a small chance that you may possibly have the almost real concept of dreaming about being maybe the curator.
Jokes aside, you send in a paragraph on why you want to on some forum (where ever it is) and they might look at it! But don't get excited, it can be months before they say yes or turn you down because so many people want to be curator.
