Hello everyone. I need some help with making a parallax effect in my projects. I would like to learn to code the effect because I believe that if I add the effect to my projects, they would come out better looking and more professional. I would like if someone were to either tell me, use the Scratch Blocks in the forums to demonstrate it, or link to a tutorial. Thank you!
