About us

The Original Oreo Shop was founded at roughly 4pm BST on Thursday 14th May 2020 by bananaandchoc1! We then moved to our 2.0 forum on Tuesday 9th June 2020. After that, the founder resigned and I (Neko) became the new owner. We’ll get your orders done in the crack of a biscuit!

Service was brilliant. Would give 10/10 for speed, quality and customer service. Staff were friendly and nice, and is possibly the best shop I've ever been to. Definitely coming back here again, and will recommend to everyone!

Activity

Activity Checks
Activity checks will happen every month at random in the shop.

Strikes
You get strikes by not responding to activity checks in time. BoD members get 2 strikes before they are demoted to a normal worker and normal workers get 3 strikes before they are fired. You may re-apply in 2 weeks.

If you complete an order badly (not on time, multiple delays, the completed order is not to the experience level you claim to be at, etc) and the customer leaves a bad review, you get a warning. 2 warnings = 1 strike.
If you have a behavioral strike and complete an order well and the customer is pleased, then you will have that strike removed.

AC Points
AC Points are used to remove strikes. If you get 15 AC Points, you are eligible to have 1 strike removed. If you are the first to respond to an activity check, you get 10 AC Points. If you are the second to respond to an activity check, you will receive 5 AC Points.

For Employees
1. You MUST be following this topic
2. Do not be rude or unkind
3. Try to do orders to the best of your ability
4. Try to do orders within the timeframe given by the customer
5. You must have been on scratch for a week and a half or over.
6. Do not accept any applications if the word ‘biscuit’ is not in the form.
7. Do not accept any applications if the activity rating is 5 or below.
8. If you’ve been on Scratch for a week and a half or over, you can join. You can’t be a BoD member until you've reached Scratcher status.
9. Any applications with inaccurate information about anything should not be accepted.
10. Only BoD members are allowed to accept new staff members.
11. If anyone has missed out a question on the form or does not use the form, politely decline the application.
12. Non-BoD members who attempt to accept an application will first receive a warning. Repeated offenses will result in a strike.
13. When you first start you will become a trainee. If you don’t pass, you can re-apply in 2 weeks.
14. When claiming an order, quote the order and post something like ‘Claimed!’ or ‘taken!’.
15. When you’ve completed an order, notify the customer on their preferred method of notification saying something like “Hi! Your order at Oreo Shop 2.0 is complete! <Link here> If you want anything changed, please tell me! Thanks for ordering!” If they don't specify where to notify them, do it on their profiles.

For Customers
1. Do not disrespect staff
2. Don't be too strict with your deadlines. The minimum is at least 3 days for simple orders (banners, etc.) and 5 days for complex orders (BBCode, coding, etc.)
3. If you choose to review, please be honest but respectful.
4. You must include the word ‘biscuit’ in your order form.

For Everyone
1. Do not spam or post the same thing twice.
2. When quoting, if the quote is longer than 7 lines, then please snip it.
3. When snipping, say something that indicates that you've snipped the post.
4. Forms may not be accepted the day it is submitted. This is normal, and you may re-submit an application if nobody has responded to it in a week.
5. Codeword is biscuit.

If you don't follow the rules, workers will receive a strike.
