TBH I think it might be WazzoTV's Scratch Saga #3, It's almost 20 minutes long

Scratch does have a maximum file limit, so many projects are shared outside of Scratch after being converted to JavaScript.

That isn't accurate as the loading time is also affected by the quality of a user's device and how fast they can connect to the server/how well their computer can handle it.

Using my photographic memory, I was able to remember a topic a while back that discussed the same thing. Some users gave some projects that were quite large (Scratch Saga 3.0 is 151 MB!)

Also, while I don't know which project is the largest one, nor a way to easily find one right now, I will say that – if I'm right – many projects created before January 2, 2019 (the release of Scratch 3) probably won't be the largest (unless the creator edits them), because older versions of Scratch had a 50 MB limit for entire projects.

According to the wiki, in theory, one can create a project as large as 318 GB while remaining in the explicit project size limits. However, I doubt that that has ever been done yet!
