A lot of suggestions go to more advanced concepts such as custom reporters and the like. I even have my own advanced suggestion. I think a lot of these ideas are great, but a common complaint is that they'd clutter up the UI and/or would be confusing to new Scratchers. So, I have a solution to these problems! If we create a new Scratch Extension for advanced blocks like custom reporters and other cool stuff also in Snap!, advanced Scratchers could use it, New Scratchers don't need to use it, and intermediate Scratchers can ignore it. Win-win-win!

I'm not sure how it works, maybe the new blocks appear in their normal category (eg advanced sensing blocks now go in Sensing) or all the advanced blocks go under the “Advanced Blocks” Extension.

I know it's a long shot but please consider it??

I would like to build on that saying what if there is an option in account settings marked “I'm an advanced scratcher” to enable these sorts of features it could also provide a couple of useful resources when clicked, there wouldn't be a minimum amount of time your account has to exist.

Support because Scratch is a beginner's programming language, but many people want to use advanced blocks.

That might feel inaccessible to some but I see where you're coming from. Maybe if we implemented that then there should be some sort of easily accessible link to it.

Ya, I mean Scratch is like the only thing I know, like even Tosh is too hard for me. But there are some features I'd like. Scratch has that awesome experience of being great for beginners but also has an amazing community. I'd like to bring the outside world in, so to speak.

I actually support as i have seen a lot of posts get the reply of “That might be too complicated for scratch”. This would be a great way of implementing advanced features into scratch!

That'd be a good idea.

There are only 2 things(neither of them are huge problems),

1)Is getting a scratcher status a milestone that makes you advanced enough for this?

2)This is probably(if accepted) something that is a long shot like gosoccerboy5 said.

I think that this could also work: Make separate categories (i.e“Advanced Operators”) for blocks like

pi :: operators reporter
