aah it's difficult not to cross over to landscape like last time.

*eek this theme is actually really hard, i'm kinda worried about how it'll end up*

i agree
the theme outer space was actually close behind… and that would definitely be more unique. we can find all sorts of outer space things in cabin colors and such. what do you all think about switching over to that?

I mean, that makes sense, and I liked outer space better to begin with, but isn't that going to be a lot of galaxy images, which will be boring?

Edit: ooh 5th page :>
each cabin could have a planet, except 4 would have… asteroids, moons, pluto, sun?
i think that could work? someone could be stars, supernova or nebula too. i think it would at least be better than all the similarities in weather though.

edit: having someone as a sun might be weird because it's what everything's revolving around

they say

adventure's a cabin of curious minds;
bi-fi's bizarre like the passage of time.

sci-fi has cool tech and lots of big booms;
dystopian pictures our imminent doom.

hi-fi remembers the things that are old;
poetry lies in our hearts, in our souls.

real-fi has stories of the ordinary;
horror is sometimes a little bit scary.

fan-fi begins at the end of a tale;
mystery leads us down numerous trails.

fantasy pushes our imagination;
non-fi provides us with new information.
script, line by line, takes collaboration;
folklore is passed down through our generations.

fairy tales, myth, all the cuts from past sessions
we mourn, but we welcome our newest accessions

and oh! there's another that's still on the list
thriller is cool because birdi insists <3

definitely! i think we should try not to do stars as that's two contrasting colors (black and white) so it would be difficult to find a color to go on top of that.
otherwise i'm down for this!

ooh possibly - we could change it from outer space to solar system or something?
that sounds cool!
more ideas in case the last cabin to choose wants a choice: comet, meteorite, eclipse (technically moon + sun but whatever lol)
also, since horror only has one screenshotter but i'm quote collecting in horror, should i help with screenshotting there too?

so should we officially switch the theme from weather to outer space?

in that case, is it okay if fantasy's pages are meteor shower themed (this wasn't on the list of ideas i sent before because i just thought of it)? if another cabin wants to use it for their pages though, that's fine!

ooh that would be cool!
could adventure be nebula? and also ignore the supernova idea because the two look sort of similar
edit: real fi should probably be earth
edit again: once everyone's chosen their theme, can we reorder the pages to match the order of the solar system?

sure and sure! go to the memory book and somehow put “nebula” or “meteor shower” on your pages so we know what photos to look for when we make those pages

fantastic, thanks! having multiple people suggest fonts should help a lot. i remember last session i chose most of the fonts, and it was so tricky to think of fonts that kind of fit the cabin theme (like a creepy font for horror) and not use the same font twice.

Sounds awesome! I wonder, would Aurora Borealis fit into the theme? It would look pretty cool

we did that with July's yearbook, so it would probably be better to not use it this time.
