There is a list of suggestion and of rejected ones,but no list of accepted suggestions. i think it should be added.

Theoretically,

suggestions - rejected suggestions - undecided suggestions = accepted suggestions

I don't think that this is a good idea, if the list contained links to the suggestions respective forum threads. I think, that way, people would just suggest things to get credit on the List of Accepted Suggestions.
Maybe I'm being a bit pessimistic, but I like that it's anonymous.

I think that a list like this would do better on the Wiki, anonymous. I don't feel like this is beneficial to have as a Sticky, like TOLORS is, but it would be interesting to see what things in Scratch were suggested.

I remember Za-Chary saying that the list would have to include every feature (since every feature was suggested). This itself is rejected.

Not every feature was suggested- i think the ST would have to have some originality.
Anyhow, support, it would be cool to see how many suggestions became features.

That's correct. There isn't a very easy way to tell who suggested something. Was it a Scratcher, a teacher, someone on the Scratch Team, or a mix of all three? Moreover, a list of every single accepted suggestion, as mentioned above, would consist of all suggestions that are not rejected and not undecided. That is, a list of accepted suggestions is just a list of all the current features of Scratch. That wouldn't really be all that useful. As @Paddle2See says,
