Okay, so SOMETIMES, I admit, it does work. But most of the time, when it cleans up, it doesn't clean up in a vertical (up and down) line, it does it in a horizontal (side to side) line. I don't really like that, so if you could please fix that, that would be great.

Steps:
Make a couple scripts
Put them in random places
Clean up
You will most likely see what I mean

I don't think that's a bug. I think they meant to do that.

Necrobump, but this “bug” is still relevant, and annoying.

It makes it very difficult to find scripts, and can cause time wasted searching for the script you want. Particularly when you're a bit particular, and want all the scripts neatly ordered.
