volume bar for projects

you should be able to adjust the volume of projects manually instead of having to change the volume of your computer

They already exist

change volume by (25)

set volume to (25)

Or just muting the tab or something.
Yep, that would be pretty useful (maybe I could write a userscript that automatically mutes the project when (removed by moderator - please don't name the user) is credited for the music )

You have to go into the project and maybe that project just changes the volume sometimes.

Sure, but I like to listen to music in the background . . . constantly, so it wouldn't work as I play the music from my browser.

I understand about indecision

In software development, deleting, it's just a concept. Some software might have a delete button and when you click it a thing disappears, but it's not really gone. Okay, it's not gone from the memory.

I'm going to close this suggestion as it is technically implemented and rejected at the same time.

That's just annoying and inconvinient.

I mean when viewing them, not when creating them.
It's like a volume bar for when viewing a project.

Not all projects are going to need volume control, and if you do want to have volume control, it should take like 5 minutes (or an hour if you want it to be a sophisticated one) to create an interactive volume control system within the project.

But most people don't do that. And I also don't want to do that.

You could just go in and delete the sounds, I don't find it annoying at all. But I see how it could be hard, but just turn down your computer volume and turn up your volume on whatever you use. (Such as youtube)

a lot of people don't do that and thats inconvenient since you have to put it into any project you want a volume control in

i feel like people are spending too much time all of their time focusing on workarounds than the actual suggestion itself

You can change the windows volume? Which browser has that? Anyway support, I sometimes want to listen to music on Scratch in the background while watching a video or something, but the music doesn't let me hear the video perfectly

Are you talking about “mute site”? That mutes all Scratch tabs, which can be pretty annoying.
