Probably not. If you think something breaks the community guidelines but you're not sure, just report it anyway. Don't be worried that the Scratch Team will ban you for reporting things that are okay.

they are pictures of a hand puting a gun at the camera and it is realistic

I haven't seen that before, if that's what you're talking about.

Edit: Found this. Looks to me like I was correct. They seem to be doing it as a meme, but regardless I would say it's inappropriate for this website and should be reported.
