Setting Timezones

No, I don't mean making it the 12 hour clock, I mean being able to manually set your timezones, as a ton of people's timezones are messed up in the forums. Others have suggested making a new account and setting it to your country, but it doesn't work if your not in the timezone it's set for that country. I think it would be easy, as all the timezones are in here, if the AI detecting (the wrong) timezone is true, and would help a lot for me and for other people.

I mean it's saying I'm editing this at midnight even though it's 9:30 something where I am at what
