Animating

I'd recommend using
when green flag clicked
repeat until <(costume #) = [the number of costumes you have]>
next costume
end
and slightly in costumes move like arms up

It's great that you want to help out! However, we don't really have a place for random scripting advice. You might want to check out the “Help With Scripts” area though - just look for topics that you can contribute to.
