create variable ()::variables

i found a video on YouTube about the (hacked) block. it was like this:

set (varname::custom-arg) to [0]

i don't know if this fits in the theme of the bugs and glithcs forum, but i decided to show it, 'cause why not.

I can tell from the video that block was from Scratch 2, and I believe it's no longer a problem.

Except I didn't watch the whole video.
