I know that to get quality audio you can upload sound. I go to sounds and click the little button thats kind of looks like an arrow pointing up and then a bunch of stuff pops up. I'm stuck from then on though! Thanks!

If so, you then have to find the sound you need. How you do that depends on your operating system.

Then pick your sound. Make sure it's less than 100 secs. If it isn't, split it into parts.

There is no limit on length, but there is a limit on file size - the sound cannot be larger than 10 megabytes. There could be 100 seconds of silence, and it would most likely be far less than 10 MB. It also depends on the audio format - WAV files tend to be larger than MP3 files.
