To place an order, you must fill out the customer form as a reply in this forum . From there, your allocated designer will comment on your profile their username, your order code (XXX), their due date if it is different to yours and any additional questions about the job they may have (so make sure you have commenting on). They will do this as soon as possible but you must give some leeway. Once your designer has done the work, they will get the work back to you in the form of an image link or a project. If you use the graphic in a project, please put a link to this forum. Similarly, if you use one of our graphics as a signature or something else please link this forum on your profile. If you forget, your designer will remind you of this when you receive your order.

Sorry about the confusion. I hope you will still place an order with us though.
