can may i propose a change to the terms and conditions?
2.10 All employees have undeniable rights to unionize and subsequently are granted union rights.
2.11 All employees have undeniable rights to propose changes.
3.4 All employees have a right to x of leave per x. (maybe 1 day per 2 weeks?)
6 - Termination of an employee
6.1 Employees may only be terminated upon 4 strikes.
6.2 Only employees of a higher rank than a employee considered for termination may terminate said employee.
6.2.1 However, employees of the same or lower rank of said employee may still report any violations of the terms and conditions of employment.
6.3 Violation of these terms gives 2 strikes.
7 - Punishments
7.1 Any violation of these terms and conditions gives 1 strike by default unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Only employees of a higher rank than a employee considered for punishment may punish said employee.

Why do you want a position on the Board of Directors: I was running for it at SUCS but I got banned.
What qualities do you have as a leader: I am experienced in organizing and carrying out orders.
In how many shops do you work (or how many do you own, too): I used to work at SUCS and I own a shop called PicSrore.
Show us examples of your contributions to other shops (orders or official statements): I don't really have an exact link, but I have completed many orders at SUCS.

Could you please clarify on the first two sentences? I'm not necessarily that much of an English hyper-professional and I don't want to include sentences I don't know to the Terms and Conditions.

Shop Suggestions
1. PR Officer - PR stands for Public Relations, and this position would be a new position on the Board of Directors, just under Manager. They would deal with all the partnership, federation and advertising stuff for the presidents, and they would need to give approval of the partnership requests. They would also pass orders to partners, and also see if partners are active by posting on their topics. They would also be in charge of promoting the shop, and would always be on hand to bump the topic.
2. Preferred Services - I propose that a new field is added to the Job Application Form so that applicants can pick their list of services they want to offer, but also the one they are best at out of the ones on their list. With this, you can also add a new field to the Order Form that asks customers if they want to order a specialist or not, and if they do, somebody who has their preferred service as the service the customer ordered would need to complete the order within the deadline.
I don't mean to be rude or anything, but my username is typoed (if that's a word) on the staff list.

We've currently received three suggestions then - I'll do a poll on the last two by Cubby (tomorrow or so) since the first one still seems to have some confusion.
