Please read message below…

I am trying to make something including interacting with Catblocks, I want to make it so when I touch the cat ear once with the mouse pointer, the ear will go down, then stay down, and when I take my mouse off the catblock it will stay donw. But then once I touch it again with my mouse pointer, the ear will go back up. Its a HUGE problem, and I need help! If you can help me, I will put you in the credits of my project! Thank you for your time!
