I was invited to be a curator here, so I clicked accept. However, it still shows up. I can click it, but it doesn't go away. I am a full curator on it…..

Sometimes updates don't reflect when the cache gets corrupted. Did you try clearing your cache?

So this is a very old issue I think that was solved with newer invitations - but ancient invitations may still have the glitch.
If you can make a new studio, and invite a test account to join it, and the glitch still happens, then it's an open bug. Otherwise, it'll fade into the past (and you should let it!)
