I was just wondering, and i was thinking of something like debug builds like this . but i accept any unreleased version of scratch.

most likely scratch alpha's and beta's (for all major versions) are lost in history.

Are you looking for betas of Scratch 3.0 or all versions in general?
I'm pretty sure that this is an archive of the Public Beta version seen in late 2019.

Fun fact: Scratch Desktop version 3.7.0 is not released.

This is a version of Scratch 2.0 referred to as v44. I obtained it from here in the 2.0 betas archive.
