Delete the favorite button

The favorite button makes lots of people get upset if someone just liked there project it would make them want to fight for fame!
I think theres a way to stop that by deleting the favorite button

I love projects a lot. I mostly only fav projects that are exceptional, but i get no hate about it
and if I do, i just report the user. they usually dont do it again if they get banned

I don't think that removing the favourite button would be enough to stop the fame hype. We must remove loves and make the view count private. But that still wouldn't completely solve the problem - if we really wanted to eliminate it, we'd have to remove project sharing and the ability to create an account. Yes, the community would be gone, but hey, at least the problem would be solved! Nobody would complain about fame anymore!
Also, it is actually the loves which make projects appear on the front page. Favourites only function as bookmarks.

no support. some people use the favorite function so:

-they can find and use their fave projects without having to search for 'em.
-they can get back to their saved game w/out having to do tiring searches
-they can get back to backpacking their fav sprites peacefully
-show the projects they luv,
-make banners in their favs to make their profiles interesting
-etc

loves show you are interested in a project. faves show you love the project more than that.

Favorites also work as a bookmark for that project if you like it enough that you want to give yourself and others quick access to that project

No thanks - Favorites are quite useful for getting back to projects that you might want to run again.
