Just wondering if your planning to add support for draggable objects?
No, I don't have any plans to add that, unfortunately. Sorry!
when <<someone wants [draggable stuff v] in [Leopard v]?::sensing>and<not<[Leopard plans v] contains [add draggable stuff]>>> is true::events hat
add [add draggable stuff] to [Leopard plans v]
start working on (item (item # of [add draggable stuff] in [Leopard plans v]::list) of [Leopard plans v])::control

Leopard: Convert Scratch projects to JavaScript AUTOMATICALLY!

Hi! Quick question: I needed to use Leopard because there was something that I couldn't figure out in JavaScript. I was just opening it, but then my antivirus program blocked it, claiming it contained malware. Does anyone know why this is?

I don't think it's malware. It's probably a false positive. Let me try VirusTotal to see what it says.
EDIT: Yup seems like a false positive

That's weird. My best guess is that it's because I'm using the .vercel.app domain name. Maybe I should spend the $12/year to buy leopardjs.com…

The Leopard website supports https and always uses it. So I don't think that would be a problem.

Hi! I've recently moved from scratch to Processing JS, and I really like leopard!

I like scratch.
I would never say
I don't like scratch.

Lol read from top to bottom, then bottom to top.

window.document.getElementById(“follow-button”).addEventListener(click, clicked)

function clicked() {
console.log(“Thank you!”)
alert(“Lol”)
}

Looks like the new Leopard conversion (lookin good) no longer has frameRate 30 (in index.js). Is the default now 60 frames?

The exported JavaScript never included a specified framerate, it was always something you had to add manually if you wanted it. (Although maybe it should…)

And when you don't specify a framerate, the default behavior is to use 30fps, matching Scratch. That has always been true; nothing has changed.

Hope that helps!

(Except in the really early days of “a few days after initial public release”, when the framerate was the same as your screen's refresh rate…;) )

Leopard: Convert Scratch projects to JavaScript AUTOMATICALLY!

(Late) Announcement!
I forgot to mention this before, but the Leopard website got a redesign. I was looking at the homepage, and realized that it was way too complicated, when the only real purpose is to convert projects.

Here's what it looked like before:

And here's what it looks like now:

Much simpler. Perhaps a bit more boring as well, but hopefully the new Leopard logo makes up for it.

Feedback appreciated!
