1. Customer Terms:
1.1 Customers must use the provided forms to order, or their orders will not be accepted.
1.2 If customers are rude, demanding, or otherwise not respectful to the staff, we have the right to refuse your order and/or ban you from our store.
1.3 If you do not give credit for your order, you may be banned.
1.3 a. If you attempt to remove a watermark from an order, you will be banned.
1.4 The codeword is the first letter of your username, then the last.(For example, GrahamSH is GH)
1.5 Abide by the community guidelines.

2. Staff Terms
2.1 All staff are expected to check Scratch at least once a day. If you are unable to do this, please tell me that you are going on leave or you shouldn't apply
2.2 Give all customers profile notifications for when there orders are:

Delayed
Finished
2.3 Activity checks must be responded to in 48 hours.
2.4 Use the order complete form when you are done with an order and give a link on the customers profile(Does not apply as there is not a template yet.)
