The Bookshelf Archives is a collbaoration that makes audiobooks from published books, that we own and have on our bookshelves.

The Bookshelf Archives was founded on 27th June 2020. The thread was founded the same day.

What we're working on

A Bear Called Paddington - Chapter 1 - Auditions

Rules

1 - General
1.1. You must respect all members.
1.2. No spamming.
1.3. We are LGBTQ+ Friendly.
1.4. No breaking the comunity gudlines.

2 - Members
2.1. You are expected to be active. Each vote counts as an activity check, as well as one hosted every week.
2.2. You have multiple votes for each vote on books.
2.3. You have the right to refuse to work on a book if you don't feel comfortable working with it. If you're not okay with working in that production, then please let us know instead of being inactive.
2.4. Any leaves must be told in advance, so we don't fire you over inactivity.
2.5. The codeword is your favorite book series.
2.6 You must be following this forum.
2.7. At no point should you accept or rejct, or fire anyone, only Milkysplash has the right. If you do, you will be fired with immediate effect.

3 - Applications
3.1. If you cannot or don't feel comoftable disclosing your timezone, please let us know which country you live in or how any hours ahead/behing greenwhich you are. This makes Milky, the ever-begurding-map-geek a lot easier to schedule meetings and stuff.
3.2. Any scriptwriitng samples must be a transcript from a book, and have each charcahter's lines isolated.
3.3. You have to let us know which books and book series you have on your bookshelves, it amkes it a lot easier when assigning stuff.
3.4. Directors will be invite-only. If you ask, you will not get the role. I will drop a comment to say if you have been invited to direct. Please don't beg or threaten me into giving you the role, you will not get it.
3.5. Wait 48 hours for you application to be replied to. If your app has not been replied to, please bump it.
3.6. All applicaints will have to follow the forum, until they are rejected.
3.7. The codeword must be filled for teh application to be concidered.
3.8. If you are rejected or fired, it is a one week wait before you may reapply.

Apply and Requirements

Requirements
- You must have at least 20 posts and know what the forums are.
- You must have some form of experience within the jobs you are applying for.
- You must have physical copies, wheather hardback or paperback of some books.
- You must have Scratcher status on the account you are applying on and plan to be active on in the collab.

Director Application
If I can't find any good directors, this will open up to anyone who has been in the collab for at least 4 weeks! But, as said before, do not beg, threaten or force me into making you a director. You will not be concidered, and fired immedatley from the collab and banned from returning.
