Customer Terms

• Due to the time consuming nature of music composition and recording, we ask that you allow at least 7 days for your order to be completed. This is also because Pufferfish can only record on Fridays and Saturdays.
• If your deadline is ‘ASAP’ then there is no deadline.

The terms

• To be accepted, you must include at least 3 examples of work (for musician) or critique the 2 pieces of music, and these must be deemed satisfactory by the conductor to be accepted.
• All your pieces of work must be your own.
• You must include the word ‘oboes’ in your application to be accepted.
• Please be kind and respectful to customers and other staff members at all times.
• Please do not spam, blockspam or post irrelevant posts.
• When you take or complete an order, quote it and say ‘taken’ or ‘completed’ and let the customer know where they asked to be notified that it is taken or done. If the customer did not specify where to contact them, do it on their profile.
• If you can't finish an order, don't worry! Just let us know on this forum thread and it will be put back in the Orders Centre.
• If a claimed order is overdue, or has not been completed for over a month, any member of staff may claim and complete it.
• Activity checks will be held every 2-6 weeks. If you do not respond to one then you will get a strike.
• Strikes will removed if pufferfish wants to.
• If you get 3 strikes then you will get fired.

Good points: Everything, but there were one or two bad points
Things for us to improve: 1: Try not to make the song repetitive as it gets boring soon 2: Ummmmmmm you can find something to improve here

Detailed description of order*: I need a background music that fits with the topic Whimpers in the Wind, which is going to be my FPCA. In which, the main theme will be the unheard voices of most Scratchers.

Whenever you order from us or leave a review, whether positive or negative, you get a loyalty point. Whenever a staff member completes an order, is accepted or responds to an activity check, they get 2 loyalty points.

To find out how many points you have, go to this project.

Loyalty points can be exchanged for advertising, as follows:
For advertising on the studio:
Cost = number of weeks to be up for
For advertising on the forum thread:
cost = number of weeks to be up for * 2

To apply for an advert, simply give us all the info for the advert and where you'd like it to be, and we'll take off your points if you have enough and put the advert up when a slot becomes available. There are 2 slots in the forum and one slot in the studio.

This is not a currency, it is a loyalty system.

Also, I really need to update this.

June 10th 2020 - shop founded
June 18th 2020 - started taking orders
June 20th 2020 - first order from @Flawpaw!
Started accepting staff applications! Second and third orders!
July 26th 2020 - first review, from pepeda!
January 21st 2021 - history updated for the first time in 6 months, orders centre updated for the first time in ages, first activity check + secretary applications open (or at least they will be soon)

Detailed description of order*: A song with loud and fast music in a 2/4 time that you may be able to feel your heart pounding in your head, and make it very intense. If you can please have a loud 1 2 3 4 drum beat with the base drum
Instruments/sounds to be used*: Base Drum, guitar (Preferably electric but acoustic is fine), a quieter piano in the background.
