I tested out the list, and my score doesn't seem to be permanent. I didn't know you could actually make a cloud list, so maybe that's why.

yup it's been confirmed to not be working. Access to the feature is hidden, but apparently even if you use it, it's been disabled. Ah well.

So Scratch Team, when are we getting cloud lists?
