Monthly Activity Checks

A monthly activity check is a simple method to tell whether our members of staff are active or not. Staff on a short-term leave will not get affected by this. Any inactive member will automatically get fired, and can apply again in two weeks.

Strikes and Bans

Strikes (") are a method used to check whether members of staff are following the rules. A ban (±) means they cannot work here anymore, but can apply again in six months.Three strikes also count as a ban.

How do I know if I will get a strike/ban? In the rules there are there two symols next to each rule, " for strike and ± for ban. That will tell you what you can get a strike for and what will ban you.

What if someone has done something to get a strike/ban but they haven't received it? Fill out our strike/ban form. The President will modify it and they will revive the strike/ban shortly. The ones that have no symbol mean there is no consequences.

Is there a way to get rid of strikes? No.

Deputy Head Elections

Unlike the President and Vice President, the Deputy head changes every two months. We will hold an election, where workers will vote on who they think the Deputy Head should be. You have to fill out the Deputy Head form, then people will be able to vote for you.

What are the requirements to be Deputy Head? To be Deputy Head, you need to have been active and working at this shop for at least three months, completed at least ten successful orders and have received no strikes.

What happens if I fill out the form but I haven't met the requirements? You just won't get to be Deputy Head.

Can I vote for someone who did not sign up No, your vote will not get counted.
