Hello. Here is your second order:
Two sprites, one a white cat with amber eyes, and the other the licky in my pfp. Preferred method of notification is profile. No animation. Separate sprites for each. Drawn in vector.

First of all, I'd like to say that this shop has a lot of potential, but a few things to work on. I think you did a great job in the customer service department. You were very polite, but never specified that you had taken the order. I believe that later, another staff member took it thinking it hadn't been done. I did noticed that you said taken on other orders, so that was very good. Your front page lacked structure, as it was all on one page. It also missed some key information that I will state later. I would suggest that you look at the front page of some other shops for reference. Now for a few good things: The order was completed very quickly, and none of the posts seemed to be off topic. All staff members were active, but the staff is small. I would advise that you make a form for orders and staff. once this shop gets off its feet, it should do amazing!
