Online multiplayer support for 3.0

A long time ago, 2018 to be precise I wanted to make a mmo game on scratch, but after doing some research I learned that that unfortunately wasn't possible with 3.0. This doesn't just go for mmorpg's like club penguin remakes, this goes for many old projects that just don't work anymore so please scratch reimplement these old features into 3.0.

I'm not sure what blocks you could add but about the chatroom, there could be some kind of special moderation system maybe, I dunno.
